Founding Member Terms & Conditions

Program Benefits
1.1
Course Access: The Member shall receive free access to all regular Edxera courses for a period of one (1) year from the date of activation.
1.2
Courses Benefit: The Member shall be entitled to enroll in any courses with a total combined value of up to ₹1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh) during the membership period, at no additional cost.
1.3
Referral Earnings: The Member shall be eligible to earn a referral commission of INR 6,000 (Six Thousand Rupees) for each new Founding Member enrollment referred by the Member.
1.4
Career Resources: The Member shall receive exclusive access to the Edxera Placement Portal and related career resources.
Membership Fees
2.1
Annual Fee: The Member agrees to pay a one-time annual membership fee of INR 19,000 (Nineteen Thousand Rupees Only) to maintain access to the Founding Member Program for one year.
2.2
Payment Structure: No monthly or recurring payments are permitted under this Agreement. Education loan options are available through our partner financial institutions.
2.3
Renewal: Renewal after one year, if applicable, shall be subject to Edxera's updated terms and pricing.
Terms and Conditions
3.1
Account Security: The Member agrees not to share, transfer, or resell their login credentials or any course materials to any third party.
3.2
Personal Use: Access to the Edxera platform is for personal and exclusive use only.
3.3
Live Class Requirements: Members must turn on their camera and show their face during live classes to verify attendance.
3.4
Policy Violations: Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
3.5
Modification Rights: Edxera reserves the right to modify course offerings, schedules, or membership terms at any time with prior notice.
Duration and Termination
4.1
Agreement Duration: This Agreement shall be effective for one (1) year from the date of enrollment unless terminated earlier by Edxera for breach of terms.
4.2
Termination Clause: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with its obligations.
Miscellaneous
5.1
Complete Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Edxera and the Member with respect to the Founding Member Program.
5.2
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
